About the role
The Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at Warrawee. The Receptionist is required to provide reception services in a professional manner and deliver superior customer service.

  • Other responsibilities include_:
  • Assist in providing efficient and accurate reception support to the Residential Community by performing general office duties such as word processing, photocopying, diary entries, bookings and maintaining schedules for the Care Services Manager as required.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate, relevant admission details for new residents and to provide accurate information to persons making enquiries about admission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of information about residents, staff and all others associated with the facility.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining resident records within strict guidelines.

About you
You work well in a team environment and strive to deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- always with a smile and a can-do approach.

The receptionist will have a pleasant, courteous and professional manner and possess excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software programs and accurate keyboard skills is also essential.

The receptionist must be able to work empathetically and compassionately with the frail aged and their families.
