**About the role**
Working alongside the Facility Manager, the Clinical Care Manager will support and lead the clinical team, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to achieve the best practice clinical outcomes for residents.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to effectively utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills with the clinical team, residents, and their families.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Provide leadership, direction, motivation and support to Direct Reports to ensure the delivery of high-quality aged care services.
- To undertake and contribute to projects for the strategic planning for residential services with the Manager Residential Aged Care Services.
- Continually monitor, develop and implement quality improvement programs as required in conjunction with the Residential Aged Care Services Management Team
- Ensure that all records and documentation are maintained accurately and up to date, and effective systems are in place.

**About you**
You will have excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practices and clinical indicators in relation to the care of the elderly. With strong leadership skills and mentoring skills, you will train and lead a dedicated team.
You will lead your team to provide excellent quality person-centered care and services to residents and their loved ones.

The following is also required:
**Essential**
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRA
- Substantial experience in aged care services management.

**Desirable**
- Post Graduate Qualifications in geriatric care or management.
- Experience in and training in validation techniques or other care programs for dementia
