Service Officer Organisational Management

Location - Parramatta

Employment type - 2 x Temporary Full-Time roles up until 30 June 2023 & 13 December 2023

Salary - ($75,992 pa - $83,211 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**
Your role


The Service Officer OM role provides support to the OM team with processing OM requests received from our SSCX clients.


What you'll do
Review and complete transactional work within an ERP system. Liaise with stakeholders on requests raised. Complete work within a timely manner.

The Service Officer OM responsibilities include:

  • Processing requests for creation, updates and deletion to SAP positions and Org units.
  • Assisting Senior Service Officers with complex requests


Shared Services and Customer Experience (SSCX) is focused on enhancing our customer experience by partnering in the delivery of value-added shared services and performance solutions.

The Service Management Assurance unit provides Payroll Production and Reporting, Organisational Management, and service assurance activities within Shared Services.

What we're looking for
This is an entry level role into the Organisational Management team, so previous experience in OM is not essential.


Importantly they need to be a quick learner, with a positive attitude and willing to take on a new challenge of learning Organisational Management.


We are looking for someone with:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Focus on customer service
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to process large volumes of transactional data within agreed timeframes
