Job Description
  • Develop a deep understanding and mastery of the Accor IT ecosystem and environment, ensuring adherence to Accor Tech standards when supervising these systems in hotels.
  • Advise the hotels on our Accor Tech Solutions and explain mandatory needs and optional solutions
  • Initiate and oversee Purchase Orders with vendors and hotels, ensuring that orders are promptly signed and executed as per agreed timelines
  • Provide support to the Project Management Office (PMO) in creating IT budget proposals in alignment with Accor IT and Brand standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on the progress of IT budget proposals, making sure they are developed and executed in a timely manner.
  • Create an automatized IT Budget Proposal process
  • Collaborate closely internally with the technical Project Management Office (PMO) for hotel openings and onboarding and with our Technology Rollout Team, being in charge of executing technical tasks
  • Collaborate closely with the D&TS (Design & Technical Services) teams to ensure a smooth integration of IT systems.
Qualifications
  • Education background in Computer Science
  • 3 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) and Project Management
  • Proficiency and expertise in cloud solutions, Microsoft solutions, Windows environment
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, enabling successful interactions with various stakeholders
  • Good command of English (min. B2), French is an additional advantage.
  • Strong self and work organization skills, ability to work independently within a clarified framework
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring efficient management of tasks and projects.
  • Experience in Hospitality as a valuable asset
