This is a permanent full-time opportunity and we're looking to fill it as soon as possible We work in a hybrid environment - 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 83 schools).


Our team covers a spectrum of work, from workforce planning, school staffing, rem & reward, people analytics to talent acquisition and organisational structure design and management.

As an organisation, we are in a phase of transformation, which means a lot of exciting work in the workforce strategy space

In the first three months in this role, you will:

  • Deep dive into our project delivery methodology, building both your expertise and a strong connection with our Strategic PMO
  • Work to understand the big picture our complex workforce and the opportunities and challenges of the education sector (in particular, Catholic education)
  • Review and assess the status of all current workforce initiatives, building a structure around our portfolio of projects
  • Scope, design and develop project plans for prioritised initiatives, across the breadth of our service offering
  • Support team members to contribute to the delivery of this work alongside their business as usual and engaging external resources where required


As we continue to grow in this space, the Workforce Program Coordinator will build on their experience and expertise to develop and lead a variety of innovative and future focused people projects.


What you'll bring to the role:

Ideally, you will have experience in the delivery of workforce projects and a background in people, culture and the education sector.

This is a pretty niche set of skills, so alternatively, you will:

  • Demonstrate your experience in building structure and process in a relatively disordered environment
  • Understand project management methodologies and adapt easily to different ways of working
  • Be an emerging leader, someone who has coached and mentored team members and who would like to build on this
