Strong D2 C consumer environment.
The Role Media is a key growth driver for this business, and they entirely manage this function in–house (no external media agency) - Can you lead this team?;
Design, strategise and oversee their TTL media strategy covering every stage of the customer journey; and

Develop and manage a comprehensive full funnel media strategy and lead the planning & buying process, annual deal negotiations, optimisation activities and post analysis.

Total function responsibility.

The Person You are a senior media practitioner, most likely in a media agency currently, although candidates who have recently transitioned into a client-side Media Manager/Controller role will be considered.


Additionally, you will:
Have a strong network and reputation amongst key media;
Have led a TTL media planning and buying operation and personally managed annual rate negotiations;
Led a high performing team of media specialists;
Be familiar with all major media buying platforms including DSPs and SSPs;
Bring high level financial control and reporting to the management of this substantial media budget;
Work collaboratively with a broad array of functions as the media team 'touches' the whole business; and
Be known for your high-level interpersonal communications skills both internally and externally.
