**Position: Senior Performance Marketing Manager**
** (3 days onsite client side)**
**Location: Sydney - Hybrid**
**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing effective strategies across all core paid media channels, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Native Advertising. Your primary focus will be to optimize campaign performance and generate tangible results for our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Execute end-to-end campaign management, from planning and implementation to monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Programmatic and Social teams to ensure cohesive strategies and cross-channel integration.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new opportunities.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements and maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record as a Performance Marketing Manager, preferably in an agency setting.
- At least three years’ experience within digital media with a track record of leadership
- Strong understanding of SEM, performance media and biddable landscape, suppliers and technology
- Strong expertise in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Native Advertising platforms.
- Proficient in analyzing campaign data and using analytical tools to derive insights and optimize performance.
- Experience with Programmatic and Social Advertising is highly desirable.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
