SURRY HILLS, we are seeking a dynamic professional to contribute to evidence-based decision-making processes.
About the Role:
As the EL1 Assistant Director - Evidence Synthesis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting evidence reviews and primary research efforts, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and living reviews.

About You:
- Research Passion: A genuine interest in research methodologies, systematic reviews, and evidence synthesis.

- Effective Communicator: Skill in preparing and presenting research reports for various stakeholders.
- Team Player: Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff, contributing to team growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with research software and platforms for maintaining projectrelated records.
