Your Future RoleAs a Business Advisor (Thryv BDM), you will join a vibrant face-to-face (F2F) sales team focused on selling our innovative SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) across the region.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy F2F sales position where success is measured by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Based in Gippsland VIC, Australia, this role will see you generating new business opportunities, building your own prospect list, and driving revenue growth through quick and efficient sales cycles.

With a large component of F2F interaction with SMBs across the Trades and Services industry, this role will see you on the road daily.

When you are not on the road meeting with SMB's, you will benefit from working from home, allowing you to maximize your productivity and efficiency.

This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position commencing on 21st May 2024, reporting to the Account Director - VIC.

Your ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Daily Face-to Face sales.
Achieving monthly sales targets.
Prospecting for new customers including contacting potential customers.
Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that you are meeting your KPIs and targets.
Contacting and investigating business opportunities.
Understanding client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
Driving your own mobile operating rhythm.

Ideal CandidateTo set yourself apart from the rest you will identify as a motivated candidate with experience working and generating new business in an autonomous B2B client-facing role, without supervision.

What You OfferA strong background and experience in face to face selling to Small to Medium businesses.
History of successful sales performance in a commission-based environment.
Experience working in a high transactional / shorter sales cycle role.
Grit, hunger, and desire, without relying on anyone or anything to drive your success.
A hunter and driver attitude, constantly focused on meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
