Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers.

Within RBS, the Personal Lending Team is responsible for end-to-end product management, product design, and customer experience for the Personal Loan products.

Reporting to Chapter Lead this Product Manager role is key in the Personal Lending squad.

As a member of the squad, you will support the Product Owner in developing & executing major initiatives to deliver against our business priorities.

You will play a critical role in helping the squad deliver exceptional customer and channel experiences, whilst also being responsible for ensuring changes are safely executed and risk outcomes are met.


This is a fundamental and impactful role in the team responsible for one of the biggest personal loan portfolios in Australia.

This role will be focused on driving the competitiveness of CommBank in car buying and lending.

This includes driving continuous improvement of the product construct, market research, risk management, cost leadership, new product development and strategic partnerships.


_More specifically, you will:
_

  • Be the voice of the customer, by having a deep understanding of inlife experiences across the Personal Loan value chain. Be across and preempt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes
  • Develop, implement and embed strategies for driving Net Promotor Score (NPS) outcomes
  • Understand dynamics of the Personal Lending portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators
  • Manage change to continuously improve our product offerings and processes to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Build and foster strong relationships across the product value chain, including frontline teams, Compliance and Finance
  • Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business ensuring they are captured.

  • Tertiary qualification in a Business / Commerce Degree Preferred
