Initiativesinclude the EMR (Electronic Medical Records) implementationproject, virtual care programs, and medical technologies includingmedication management, clinical decision support and diagnostictools.

These initiatives are designed to reduce the administrativeburden on clinicians (allowing them to focus on delivering care),enable clinicians to diagnose at the point of capture (in realtime), and help healthcare professionals make informed decisionsbased on the latest guidelines and patient-specificinformation.

As a leader,you will foster a culture of innovation, and role modelsolution-oriented, empathy-driven decision making.
This meansempowering and challenging your team to comprehend how digitaltools impact frontline operations, ensuring patient safety isprioritised.

You will be accountable for the effectiveness andadoption of digital solutions, monitor and evaluate, and providespecialist advice to solve complex problems across business andtechnical domains.

Keyresponsibilities include:

Leadingand influencing a diverse multidisciplinary group to manage anddeliver digital health projects and programs within CAHS andacross the broader WA health system.

Overseeing all aspectsof program delivery, facilitating escalation as required andnavigating complex stakeholder relationships.
Planningand allocating resources required for program and projectmanagement, within budget, scope and timelines.
Monitoring and managingprogram-level risks and mitigation actions to safeguarddelivery of outcomes.
Developing andmaintaining governance practices to enable informeddecision-making and prioritisation and resolution of complexissues.

Providing insights andprogress information to key stakeholders, including the Chief Digital Health Officer, Department of Health WA, and CAHSExecutive.

Representing CAHS onstrategic governance committees, forums, and cross-functionalproject teams.
Fostering a culture ofinnovation and working with research institutions and industrypartners to advance paediatric healthcare.

The idealcandidate will be an experienced leader, familiar with navigatingcomplex organisational structures, and have extensive experience indigital health or healthcare program delivery.

Prior experiencedelivering an EMR, or delivery of large scale health systems, willbe of benefit.
