CRVCID593648 Position Profile We areseeking a Director of Digital Engagement and Transformation to provide contemporary, values drivenleadership and strategic direction for their team and play a keyrole in managing digital resources, and programs in alignmentwith CAHS's strategic priorities, operational goals andgovernance requirements.

Reporting tothe Chief Digital Health Officer, you will manage demandplanning and facilitate cooperation across CAHS and the wider WAHealth System to enhance services and achieve delivery of the Digital Health portfolio, ensuring digital health solutionssupport clinical workflows, patient safety, and quality ofcare.

Your ability to build and maintainstrong relationships will be key in keeping stakeholdersinformed and actively engaged.

Keyresponsibilities include:
Providingoperational and strategic leadership to your team,developing ICT governance and overseeing the assessment andimplementation of digital initiatives.
Collaborating withvarious digital portfolio leads to manage project scoping,capacity planning, and forward work planning.
Engaging withstakeholders to deliver strategic digital healthinitiatives and fostering a culture of continuousimprovement in healthcare delivery.
Identifying anddeveloping strategic opportunities for digital growth andmaturity, integrating emerging technology and strategicplanning.
Representing CAHS instrategic government committees and forums, contributing tostate and national digital health strategies.

The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in digital health or arelated field, with the ability to conceptualise, analyse, andsolve complex problems across business and technical domains toenable clinical excellence.

About our Team The Digital Health team at the Child and Adolescent Health Service(CAHS) is dedicated to delivering streamlined, efficient, andhigh-quality care to young people and their families, both now andin the future.

We areresponsible for ensuring digital services, health informationsystems (electronic medical records or EMR), IT infrastructure,virtual care, mobile solutions, patient management systems,clinical technology and decision making tools are fit for purpose,reliable, secure, easily accessible, and aligned with Statewidegovernance, CAHS' strategic plan, and our commitment toclinically led, person-centred care.

We maintain anintegrated, robust and cohesive system, ensuring effective dataexchange across various departments and external facilities andsupport teams in leveraging data to increase visibility of clinicaland operational workload, inform decision making, enhance patientoutcomes, optimise hospital operations, and contribute to medicalresearch.

To maximise the impact of our digital tools, we providetraining focused on improving the digital literacy and capabilityof system users.

Through engagingwith our young patients, workforce consumers, carers, clinicians,and the health service system, we ensure that our patients andtheir families are active partners in continuous serviceimprovement.
