As an Assistant Store Manager overseeing a large team, your duties include managing store operations, business activities, and brand partnerships.


About the Role:
  • Implement store strategies in collaboration with the Myer Castle Hill leadership
  • Execute the store plan, monitor daily operations, and adapt strategies to drive financial success
  • Foster positive customer experiences, optimize space, merchandise, and team productivity
  • Promote a high-performance culture, customer focus, and service excellence in line with Myer values
  • Delegate and coordinate store operational tasks efficiently
  • Empower and coach direct reports and the team for organizational development
  • Drive operational changes through effective communication and role modeling

Required Skills:

Essential experience in retail management and store leadership

Proven ability to lead a large retail team successfully

Skilled in adapting operational strategies for optimum performance

Devotion to delivering exceptional customer experiences and enhancing productivity

Proficient in data analysis and computer skills

Experience in coaching and organizational development
