The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check and maintain a valid employment Working with Children Check whilst employed in this position.

Job Requirement

  • Gather required information from all Y Ballarat and Y Kinder services
  • Develop suitable social media posts along side other marketing collateral
  • Prepare social media calendars
  • Implement posting schedules across platforms
  • Develop Social Media Strategy alongside Marketing team
  • Collect information from media outlets to assist in the preparation of communications.
  • Participate in Y Australia forums
  • Work as part of the broader Shared Services team to ensure representation of all Y Ballarat service lines
  • Use the marketing ticketing system
  • Participate in and contribute to staff meeting Perform other duties as required and comply with reasonable directions
