About the role


Following continued success, we now have an additional opportunity for an experienced Account Executive with strong cloud services account management and sales experience to join our Melbourne Crew and help guide and shape our next phase of growth.


In this role you will manage and develop existing customer relationships, while also bringing new and interesting engagements into Arinco.

Part nurturer, part hunter, you'll work collaboratively with the Sales, Consulting & Delivery teams to create a quality pipeline of work aligned to the skills and capabilities of our Crew.

You will partner closely with Microsoft to identify joint business opportunities and continually drive revenue growth. You'll develop new and existing accounts and convert opportunities into new business, and great outcomes for our customers.

Our ideal person

  • A passion and unwavering commitment to collaboration, service excellence and delivering the right solution to meet customer needs
  • A proven track record in managing existing customers and winning new business, ideally for a Tech or Consultancy company
  • A strong relationship seller who has the capability to develop relationships at all levels within the customer
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies, and a strong network within the sector
  • Solid experience and high degree of confidence selling cloud professional services (ideally Microsoft products)
  • An excellent communicator with Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • The ability to take leads and turn them into opportunities and manage through to repeat customer
