We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team in VIC. As a key member of our Commercial Business Banking team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business lending opportunities for regional commercial businesses with revenue $50m-$150m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, pursue and acquire new profitable clients for the bank by leveraging your networks and referral sources
- Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions and ensure a seamless handover to relationship teams
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams to work effectively and collaboratively
- Build and maintain strong referral networks to support origination activity
Requirements:
- A proven track record of high performance, supported by flexible working arrangements
- Origination success with new-to-bank commercial or emerging corporate clients across diversified industries
- A strong established network, and business development skills to leverage that
- Strong project management and transaction execution skills
- The ability to build strong internal relationships, professional presentation and strong influencing skills
- Strong credit risk analysis skills
