Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of Coliban Water's digital and technology strategy.
- Work with system owners and technology stakeholders to establish a cohesive and forward-thinking technology vision.
- Share and promote technological visions, opportunities, and risks across the organization, including the Executive and Board.
- Support exceptional employee and customer experiences through the delivery of best-in-class digital platforms.
- Ensure robust cyber security protocols are in place to protect the organization.
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record in leadership. You have a strong understanding of information and systems security, and you are able to articulate complex technological concepts to diverse stakeholders.
You have a proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Qualifications and Experience- Expert working knowledge and experience in information and systems security.
- Tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, information science, or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
We offer a competitive salary and conditions, as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 7, $163,687 - $185,425 plus superannuation salary range. We also offer a range of benefits, including a monthly accrued day off, time off over Christmas, and generous parental, carer, and workplace study leave policies.
