About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow Support Officer (Internal Dispute Resolution) to join our team at Bendigo Bank. As a key member of our Internal Dispute Resolution team, you will play a critical role in managing the IDR mailbox, allocating new cases to case managers, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the IDR mailbox and load new cases into LINX
  • Allocate new cases to case managers based on complexity, capacity, and due dates
  • Identify priority cases and allocate accordingly
  • Ensure all communication and further requests for information are managed in a timely manner
  • Manage the phone queue and complete data entry fixes in LINX as needed
  • Process reimbursements through Transaction Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to make sound and reasonable decisions. You will also have excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in complaint management and administration.

We offer a hybrid model of minimum 2 days in a local Head Office per week, flexible work options, and a permanent full-time role based at our Adelaide or Ipswich head office locations.
