About the role

In this Client Service Manager role, you will have the opportunity to support the Senior Financial Planner and will be a first point of contact for their clients. Your responsibilities will include but wonât be limited to administrative duties, implementation of advice, liaising with fund providers and client greetings and follow ups.

This is an exciting opportunity for an existing client service manager with financial advice experience to take the next step in their career.

Demonstrated skills

  • Experience working in the financial planning industry in Australia
  • Strong client service skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • XPlan experience is highly regarded but not compulsory
