Randstad Recruitment is working with a reputable not-for-profit organisation in the East of Melbourne to find a dedicated Client Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with care and efficiency.
  • Guide clients through accessing the organisation's services, providing necessary information and support throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, prioritising confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery by providing feedback and assisting in implementing process enhancements as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking and task prioritisation.
    • A compassionate and client-centred approach, coupled with a sincere commitment to supporting individuals and families in need.
    • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software, with a willingness to quickly learn new systems.
