Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our water treatment pumps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the water treatment industry, coupled with exceptional sales skills and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market share for our water treatment pumps.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and direct sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the water treatment industry, with a focus on pumps or related equipment.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, technologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and develop actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
