Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our water treatment pumps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the water treatment industry, coupled with exceptional sales skills and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market share for our water treatment pumps.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and direct sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the water treatment industry, with a focus on pumps or related equipment.
    • Strong understanding of water treatment processes, technologies, and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and develop actionable insights.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
