Your future role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Performance Coordinator to join our team our team. Based at our maintenance depot in Wulkuraka, you will work with the broader team to support the contractual performance of the QNGR fleet.
We’ll look to you for:
- Assist in the escalation and guidance on day to day payment and performance
- Support in putting together the monthly performance report and monthly invoice
- Contribute to the resolution of discrepancies
- Contribute to the high level concept discussions with customer on how faults are managed
- Support on commercial alignment on ongoing discrepancy principles
- Contribute to developing Operational strategy
- Monitoring of additional services KPI and claim status
- Track and assist in managing performance metrics
- Contribute to the reliability task force
- Contribute to the development of Variation Orders; Risk exposure, cost increase to services
- Assist with the training of ISST’s, Supers, team leads, planners, Engineers, management team on the payment and performance metrics
- Contribute to day to day customer interactions, and ensure customer priorities are being met
