**Your future role**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Project Performance Coordinator **to join our team our team. Based at our maintenance depot in **Wulkuraka**, you will work with the broader team to support the contractual performance of the QNGR fleet.

We’ll look to you for:

- Assist in the escalation and guidance on day to day payment and performance
- Support in putting together the monthly performance report and monthly invoice
- Contribute to the resolution of discrepancies
- Contribute to the high level concept discussions with customer on how faults are managed
- Support on commercial alignment on ongoing discrepancy principles
- Contribute to developing Operational strategy
- Monitoring of additional services KPI and claim status
- Track and assist in managing performance metrics
- Contribute to the reliability task force
- Contribute to the development of Variation Orders; Risk exposure, cost increase to services
- Assist with the training of ISST’s, Supers, team leads, planners, Engineers, management team on the payment and performance metrics
- Contribute to day to day customer interactions, and ensure customer priorities are being met
