Case Manager - Workers Compensation

Your new Company
My client is at the forefront of the insurance industry, committed to providing top-notch services and support to our clients. With a focus on personal injury and workers' compensation, we take pride in our dedication to helping individuals through challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury and workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop personalized case management plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, legal professionals, and external stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and changes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the claims process with empathy and professionalism.


    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus.
    • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
