Support the set up and delivery of campaigns, product & promotions across 2x internal websites.

Daily & weekly reporting against forecast & prior years with a focus on optimising the site experience to boost conversion, basket size, units per transaction, revenue and enhance customer experience across Australia and New Zealand.


_What to expect from the role_

  • Responsible for the set up and testing of campaigns and promotions, including scheduling website banners, content, terms and conditions and relevant merchandising etc.
  • Set up of all content including homepages, campaign pages and PLP pages.
  • Merchandising support including technical elements such as sorting rules, navigation updates and onsite search.
  • Support in driving trade performance and new initiatives with third party tools
  • Responsible for online trade tasks such as product optimisation and merchandising
  • Ensure product, price and content is accurately represented and optimised for the customer journey
  • Assisting with copy writing across web copy, product descriptions and collection pages as required
  • Adaptation of global guidelines to fit local assortment (on estore)
  • Ensure local policy pages are accurate and store finder information is up to date
  • UAT and launch of any new Digital features or initiatives
  • Work closely with Trading peers to ensure each campaign is planned ahead of, and executed on time.
  • High level of competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Support the ongoing development of website to improve UX and UI.
  • Support daily/weekly reporting with finding actionable insights to increase UPT, CVR, AOV & revenue initiatives
  • Support the eCommerce team with adhoc requests
  • BAU tasks or when assigned
  • KPI's: % campaigns launched on time and Conversion Rate
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, CMS systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or 13 years equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
  • High attention to detail & process improvement skills
  • Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
