Join our global company, AkzoNobel, and step into the pivotal role of SAP Expert based in our Brisbane office in Willawong. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run seamlessly in the Northern Region (QLD, NSW & ACT).

The role will see you being the primary support person to the Regional Sales Manager and the regional sales team with day-to-day operational assistance in managing customer requirements, process initiatives, marketing materials, SAP management, training and escalations, MDG process, pricing and general administration duties for the Northern Region (QLD, NSW & ACT).

• Proactively supporting the Sales & specification team, Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing, Accounts, IT and Sales in continuous process improvement, coordinating and organising meetings, and supporting contract management matters.
• Being the key regional contact for addressing all SAP-related queries, which may include access, reporting, training, and configuration, along with maintaining and updating customer price lists both physical and in SAP.
• Providing information and documentation to customers with a high degree of focus on quality and consistency along with assisting with sales optimisation and internal and external communications. 
• Acting as the primary point of contact for SAP/GBS customer maintenance, encompassing tasks such as managing new accounts, editing/closing accounts, assisting AR & sales teams with overdue and invoice queries upon request, and interacting with 3rd party external portals like Ariba. 

We are looking for someone with previous experience (about 3-5 years) in a similar role, that has highly developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and is driven and self-motivated. Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess strong computer skills and experience with SAP
• Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
