**The Role**:
Lindsay Australia is currently seeking a positive, resourceful and resilient Receptionist with a strong can-do mindset to join the Acacia Ridge team.

The role is full-time and reports through to the Head of Corporate Services.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Facilitate the coordination of the Brisbane reception.
- Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and incidental administration requests from our network of branches & depots.
- Facilitate high-volume travel and accommodation booking requests.
- Occasional event coordination (office & external)
- Order and despatch office consumables and corporate uniforms.
- Identify and deliver process improvements within scope of role

**About you**:
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar role, in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional planning and problem-solving with the ability to manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
- A knack to identify areas of improvement and implement new processes and efficiencies.
- Prior travel booking experience highly regarded, so too is_ _experience working in an organisation with multiple intra-state and interstate operating sites._
