About the opportunity
As the Post-Market Manager, you will lead your team in efficiently processing, evaluating, and responding to product complaints, adverse events, and recall actions in compliance with both organizational and regulatory requirements. You will oversee the post-market team ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Success in this role demands a strong understanding of medical device regulations, and excellent management, planning, and communication skills.

Duties
• Ensuring all post-market monitoring and reporting activities comply with the organisations’ and local standards.
• Overseeing and supervising post-market team.
• Collaborating cross-functionally identifying and addressing any product quality issues.
• Reviewing and assisting with regulatory reports and requirements.
• Championing and facilitating continuous improvement projects.
• Creating and consistently updating an e-reporting system for performance metrics.
• Organizing and implementing training for all staff members.

**Please note, the ideal candidate has unrestricted working rights in Australia

Skills and Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of medical device QA experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand medicine and medical device regulatory requirements and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
