Solve problems with innovation. This is your opportunity to join the Continuity Services delivery team , that is focused on providing 'best in class services' to clients. You will work as part of a team that supports IT Service Continuity Management.

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Creating, maintaining and reviewing IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans Liaison with relevant technical teams to ensure they create, maintain and review their technical recovery procedure documentation Co-ordinate platform and system recoveries for required contractual exercises/tests Review current IT Service Continuity strategies and procedures Perform accreditation of new or significantly changed systems Proven experience in IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery Able to demonstrate a good technical understanding of a range of complex or technical computing environments Excellent time management skills, are a strong team player and client focused Have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships Australian Citizen with a current security clearance (desirable) Professional membership/certification qualifications in Business Continuity or ITIL (IT Service Continuity Management process) – highly desirable
