Solve problems with innovation. This is your opportunity to join the **Continuity Services delivery team**, that is focused on providing 'best in class services' to clients. You will work as part of a team that supports **IT Service Continuity Management.**

**Responsibilities & Skills Required**:

- Creating, maintaining and reviewing IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans
- Liaison with relevant technical teams to ensure they create, maintain and review their technical recovery procedure documentation
- Co-ordinate platform and system recoveries for required contractual exercises/tests
- Review current IT Service Continuity strategies and procedures
- Perform accreditation of new or significantly changed systems
- Proven experience in IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery
- Able to demonstrate a good technical understanding of a range of complex or technical computing environments
- Excellent time management skills, are a strong team player and client focused
- Have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships
- Australian Citizen with a current security clearance (desirable)
- Professional membership/certification qualifications in Business Continuity or ITIL (IT Service Continuity Management process) - highly desirable
