This is a permanent full-time position providing an opportunity to work with a national contractor who offer career progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the development and delivery of bids, ensuring that proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, customer requirements and internal quality guidelines.

  • Formulate bid presentations
  • Manage and coordinate submissions in line with given timeframes
  • Build positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Use your advanced Word skills to create submissions complete submissions using an established format and brand guidelines
  • Work with Project Management plans to produce quality submissions
  • Work both autonomously and collaborate with the greater team to produce high level, compliant submission
  • Assist with the updating of project profiles and curriculum vitae

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced in a similar role in a contractor environment
  • General knowledge of Project Management and Fit-Out methodology
  • Highly articulate with excellent attention to detai
  • Able to demonstrate tender, bid or project administration experience
  • Knowledge of Construction tenders
  • Ability to work as part of a strong cohesive team and autonomously
  • Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
