About the role
We have a wonderful opportunity in our vibrant Sydney office for a full-time Trust Officer to join the wider Accounts team. Working closely with the Trust Manager, this position will see you processing a high volume of trust receipts and payments, managing controlled monies, dealing with trust enquiries, updating dormant trust register, preparing bank reconciliations and more, whilst ensuring compliance with trust account regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in an accounts team in a professional services firm. In addition to being highly organised and proactive, your dedication to providing our clients and Partners with exceptional customer service, and your enthusiasm and willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team will be valued. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
