Support the Community Manager in daily administrative tasks. Act as a point of contact for guests & residents. Improve Reception & admin process efficiency

About the Community:

Ingenia Lifestyle was formed in 2013 by Ingenia Communities, who are the leading, owner, operator and developer of quality affordable seniors lifestyle communities in Australia. We are committed to providing quality affordable homes to suit the different lifestyles and pursuits of Australians over 50 in Queensland and over 55 in New South Wales and Victoria.

This position is located at our Ballarat Lifestyle and is a Part-Time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
  • Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails
  • Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
  • Deliver exceptional Resident experience through organised events and offerings throughout the community.
  • Ability to offer flexibility in tasks to support a ‘One Team’ environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated administrative/reception experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to support a busy manager or team 
  • Empathetic and respectful approach with a mature age group
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
