Role Overview:
As a Product & Collateral Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of projects across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is satisfied with repetition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update documentation.
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage project-related procurement, including ordering materials and services.
  • Management of mailbox and escalation of queries.
  • Improvement of data quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within Finance or Health.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to drive improvement
