The Opportunity

Join our Corporate Technology team as a Strategy and Planning Manager, where you'll be instrumental in developing, managing, and reporting on our technology portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in consolidating, aligning, and reporting on prioritised initiatives in line with our Corporate Technology Strategy for a rolling 24 months. You'll provide strategic thought leadership and support business planning and operating model design to ensure effective management of the Corporate Technology function.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll lead the development and maintenance of a 24-month strategic roadmap, assess demand alignment with IT and Future Fund strategies, and support short-form business case development for new initiatives. You'll represent Corporate Technology in cross-functional teams, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and manage reporting obligations and budgetary considerations.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need a tertiary qualification in Technology, business administration, or a relevant discipline, along with proven experience as a strategist in IT delivery roles, preferably in financial services. Strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and a collaborative work style with a strategic mindset are essential attributes for success in this position.
