We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who can score big in supporting our operational teams and overseeing the success in our venues.

While the position is located in Melbourne, there will be a requirement to travel between local locations.

Your Game Plan:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the MVP behind our growth strategy. Taking responsibility for people management and driving the business to new heights

Your responsibilities include:

  • Financial Performance & Reporting
  • Brand and Audit Compliance
  • People Development & Training 
  • Operational Support
  • New Venue Opening and Management
  • Understand, use and ensure all operating systems are utilised to the maximum potential

What you’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Area Manager/Business Development Manager role in Hospitality, (preferably in restaurants or pubs).
  • Demonstrate your mateship in providing an exceptional experience for the team and guests
  • Bring your competitiveness in a fast-paced, hands-on, innovative and FUN work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with partners and customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of current and relevant hospitality management systems
  • Exceptional P&L management skills
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have a car
