- Harvest Buffet: Harvest is the Gold Coast’s ultimate buffet experience offering the freshest seafood, roasts, desserts and so much more
- Food Quarter: Food Quarter’s fresh coastal palette and open plan design provides a bright and contemporary area that serves as the ideal casual dining space for lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack
- In-Room Dining: Our In Room Dining Department service our guests at The Star Gold Coast. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor will need to be dynamic, well presented, pro-active to the needs of our guests, culturally sensitive and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day smooth running of the department and effective supervision of the team.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team members
- Ensuring RSA standards are met at all times
- Assist in leading the venue
- Ensuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue
- Serving Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons
What are we looking for:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Flexible availability to suit a 24/7 roster
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment

With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Food and Beverage team up for success.
