As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is enthusiastic and professional. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and engaging to ensure that our guests receive optimum service every time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to highlight your experience in one of our many venues at The Star Gold Coast, including our Signature and Casual Dining restaurants, as well as our variety of Resort Bars, Casino Bars and Private Gaming Rooms.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures  
  • Ensure RSA standards are maintained

  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
  • Flexible availability with weekends essential
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
