Are you a night owl who thrives during the quiet hours? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Permanent Part-Time Overnight Administrators 

I-TeleRAD, I-MED's teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia. It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia. 

Position: Permanent Part-Time Overnight Administrator 


Shifts Available: 

4:00 PM-12:00 AM  12:00 AM - 8:00 AM  Schedule: Work 7 days on, followed by 7 days off. 

Location: Enjoy free parking at our conveniently located office in Mt Waverley 

What You will Do: 

Nighttime Efficiency: Handle paperwork, data entry, and document management efficiently. 
As an Overnight Administrator your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that paperwork is processed accurately, data is entered seamlessly, and documents are organised efficiently.  Customer Service : Assist late-night inquiries with a smile. 
Whether it's a late-night phone call or an email, you will be the friendly voice on the other end. Helping our hospital departments with their queries, providing exceptional service even during the wee hours.  Collaborate: Work closely with other night staff for seamless operations. 
Teamwork makes the dream work Coordinate with fellow teammates and health professionals 

What we are looking for: 

Experience Matters: Previous administrative experience preferred. Display your skills in managing paperwork, handling inquiries, and maintaining order.  Attention to Detail: Organised and detail oriented. The devil is in the details, and you will excel at keeping everything shipshape.  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Clear communication ensures smooth interactions with colleagues and clients alike.  Independent Worker: Thrive during quiet hours. Your ability to work independently will shine in our fast-paced nighttime environment. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Abilities: When challenges arise, you are the problem-solving wizard who finds solutions and keeps things running smoothly.  Excellent Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills: Dive into issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
