The Role
Reporting to our Food and Beverage Manager, you will guide a dynamic and enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering warm, friendly and engaging service. Your expertise in food, beverage and customer service will ensure that guests from across the world leave with a memorable experience.  We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality professional who:

  • Naturally demonstrates an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service
  • Will take ownership of the Restaurant Operations, instilling a commitment to sustainability in your team
  • Manage a passionate team by providing ongoing development and feedback
  • Build close relationships with other departments ensuring open communication
  • Manage budgets, Rostering & time sheet approvals
  • Ensure WHS procedures are monitored
  • Have a sound understanding of local wines and produce (advantageous but not essential)

Your talents include:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant or F&B Manager at high end venues
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Passion for the culinary arts and dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to a 12 month contract 

Please note this role is a 12-month fixed-term position with ample opportunity to extend.   This is a full time position and unfortunately not suitable for those on Student Visa's.
