We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Service Performance and Operational Excellence team, where you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects that redefine service assurance, security and data insights & reporting needs of Transport Technology.

The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Service performance and operational excellence team and is primarily responsible for:

  • Lead and oversee critical IT and Operational Technology projects that elevate our Transport Technology capabilities
  • Deliver strategic initiatives that drive the future of tolling, focusing on data modeling, insights, and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with precision, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse teams (IT Infrastructure, ITS Operations/Engineering, Security, Enterprise Architecture and Vendors)
  • Navigate the complexities of project governance, financial management, and risk mitigation with confidence
  • Develop compelling business cases and deliver projects that contribute to a multiyear transformational program, reducing lifecycle risks to our assets.
  • Project level reporting and governance

In addition, this role will partner with the Technology Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, Enterprise Architects and Transport Technology Operations/Engineering team.

A successful candidate must have:

  • A proven track record in delivering large-scale IT and OT infrastructure projects, with a focus on asset discovery and service mapping using tools like ServiceNow ITOM
  • Experience in projects centered on data modeling, insights, and reporting, driving strategic decisions and innovation
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful roadside solutions (using Operational Technology)
  • A strong grasp of project financials, governance, and the ability to manage risks and maximise benefits
