We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and develop our digital marketing strategy. In this results-oriented role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, from paid media and marketing automation to data analysis and campaign management. You will play a critical role in maximizing website conversion performance, increasing member lifetime value, and driving member retention through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will also:

Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising. Manage agency relationships, ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with our overall marketing strategy and budget. Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize website conversion performance. Develop and implement a robust marketing automation strategy to nurture leads, personalize member journeys, and drive engagement. Select, manage, and optimize digital marketing platforms and tools to ensure efficient campaign execution and insightful data collection. Establish and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing channels. Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives, including member acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive member retention and lifecycle marketing strategy. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments, including sales, product, and customer service.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership with a proven track record of success. In-depth knowledge of paid media strategy, including SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising. Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms and their application in driving customer engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience with data governance practices and data quality management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
