We are committed to our community, to high safety and environmental standards, and to supporting job growth and diversity in Queensland for many years to come.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Superintendent Service Delivery you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and completion of a fixed number of Technology projects as specified by the Superintendent, Service Delivery. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of project management, including activities, resources, equipment, budgets, and information, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and effectively throughout all phases.
- Define and break down project tasks into manageable components, establishing realistic timeframes and creating a detailed, achievable project schedule that aligns with the overall project objectives.
- Oversee the entire procurement process for the project, ensuring that all materials and services meet the required schedule, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct thorough analysis of potential risks and opportunities associated with the project, implementing strategies to mitigate any negative impacts on the business and ensuring the adoption of safe working methods.
- Carry out all tasks and responsibilities as reasonably requested by the project leader and key stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are met and that all parties are kept informed of progress and challenges.
- Utilise and leverage advanced technology tools and platforms to streamline project processes, enhance communication, and improve overall business efficiencies, leading to more effective project outcomes.
About you:

- Proficient in mobile and printing technologies, with a solid understanding of the latest trends in mobile device management and the ability to manage and troubleshoot a wide range of printing systems, consistently applying technical expertise to deliver high-quality results and drive business efficiencies in diverse ICT environments.
- Willing to relocate or be able to DIDO.

With a short 15-minute drive to work every day and 2.5 hours from the Capricorn Coast, there are not many mine sites that can boast a quicker daily commute, or the ability to reside on the coast spending work time in company accommodation and days off on the beach.
