Our Aluminium Products (Extrusion) has an exciting opportunity available for an Industrial Electrician. If you are a highly skilled and licensed Electrician looking for ongoing permanent work within a long standing, privately family owned business, we want you

This role follows an 8-week rotating schedule, with 1 week of night shifts, 2 weeks of afternoon shifts, and 5 weeks of day shifts.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensure plant machinery is regularly inspected and maintained.
• Attending to general breakdowns and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and identifying appropriate action
• Conducting electrical installations for new equipment
• Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required

Experience & Qualifications:

• Electrical License and trade qualified
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PLC fault finding is highly regarded, but not essential
• Be safety focused with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently or part of a team
• Good attitude with a preference for being ‘hands on’ - willing to upskill and learn
• Current LVR / CPR and own tools
