Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at our Eagle Farm location. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly inspect and maintain plant machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Attend to general breakdowns and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Diagnose faults and identify appropriate action to resolve electrical issues
  • Conduct electrical installations for new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required

Requirements

  • Electrical License and trade qualified
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with PLC fault finding is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Be safety focused with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Good attitude with a preference for being 'hands on' - willing to upskill and learn
  • Current LVR / CPR and own tools
