About the Opportunity:

Due to continuous growth, we are looking to recruit a Construction Specialist to develop and educate our Milwaukee business and customer base within the construction sector by effectively demonstrating our Milwaukee products and solutions, while developing a positive personal business relationship with all customers.

The successful applicant will have a background in sales, who is highly organised and self-motivated to succeed. This role will be based in the surrounding suburbs of Darwin with occasional regional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry.
  • Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team.
  • Ensuring all mandatory administration is up to date in Salesforce.
  • Drive in-field conversions, trialling of new product and increasing brand awareness.
  • Work as a harmonious team player focusing on the best interest of the company and ensuring that overall organisational objectives are achieved.

About you:

  • Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality.
  • Field Sales or End User sales experience.
  • High level of autonomy.
  • Trade background/ Hands on experience with tools is desirable.
  • Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Full driver’s license with excellent driving record.
