About Our Client: Our client is a prominent Australia-wide logistics and supply chain specialist, offering comprehensive services in transport, warehousing, distribution, global forwarding, import, and export. Renowned for their innovative solutions, they're expanding their operations and seeking proactive individuals to join their team at their new warehouse in Wacol, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the performance of warehouse team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform a range of warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labelling of goods.
  • Utilise inventory management systems for accurate stock tracking.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment to fulfil client orders efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role - Monday - Friday day shift (7am - 3pm)
  • Competitive hourly rate of $37.95/hr plus super (includes casual loading), paid on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse superviser or team leader experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Confidence in using technology and understanding of WMS systems
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination and a police check upon commencement.
