The Opportunity
HCMO has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor, based in our Brisbane Super Distribution Centre. In this permanent full time position, your main focus will be to plan, organise and control the warehousing activity.

You will also:

  • Maintain safety and warehouse compliance
  • Prioritise and coordinate work so customer orders are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner
  • Guide inbound and outbound teams against a set of performance metrics to ensure all work is complete
  • Aim to achieve internal and customer DIFOT targets to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor staff
  • Understand the drivers for stock discrepancies and implement controls to improve
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety and efficiency within the warehouse

About You

  • 5+ years similar experience supervising a large warehouse team in a fast pace environment
  • Current forklift licence
  • The ability work across departments to ensure a high degree of internal customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, planning & time management skills
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Intermediate computer skills with clear verbal and written communication
  • The ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
