Our hotels never sleep, especially in an Airport location. So, we’re looking for a Night Manager to lead our Night team and ensure our guests have the same experience overnight as during the day. You will be responsible for ensuring that the overnight reporting is completed and perform other essential accounting tasks to help us stay one step ahead of tomorrow during our late-night shifts.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Leading the way overnight – managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations
  • Prioritising workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic and memorable experiences
  • Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
  • Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
  • Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

What we need from you:

  • Leadership experience within a hotel front office department
  • A guest centred approach with exceptional communication skills
  • Computer literacy and Opera experience is highly desired
  • An ability to solve problems
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, offers and the local area
  • Ability to work overnight from 11pm to 7am over a 7 day rotating roster 
  • RSA and First Aid certificate desired
  • Full working rights within Australia (sorry, sponsorship is not an option).
