Advanced Scaffolders

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Advanced Scaffolder with tube and clip experience to join our team. As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will be essential in constructing safe and stable scaffolding structures for wharf projects in the Northern Territory. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of scaffolding techniques, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Our client, located in the Northern Territory, offers a lifestyle-friendly 2:1 FIFO roster. Chartered flights are provided from Darwin or Cairns, with interstate candidates responsible for their travel to one of these departure points. Onsite meals and accommodation are included. A site-specific pre-employment medical examination and drug and alcohol screening are required prior to mobilization.

Non-negotiable requirements for these positions are:

• High Risk Work Licence - Advanced Scaffolding (SA);
• Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience with Tube & Clip;
• High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform over 11m (WP);
• Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets (current within 2 years);
• Manual Driver's Licence; and
• Australian Working Rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and safety guidelines to ensure scaffold stability and load-bearing capacity.
• Inspect scaffolding regularly to confirm safety standards and report any hazards or damages.
• Coordinate with other trades and site personnel to ensure smooth project flow and safe working conditions.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding structures, inspections, and any necessary adjustments.
